Kyle McQuire

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Peak 10 Energy, Kyle held a senior leadership role in A&D at Credit Suisse Investment Bank since 2018. At Credit Suisse, he was involved in sourcing and executing on various public and private upstream M&A deals across the Lower 48. Preceding his time at Credit Suisse, he led the subsurface team at Memorial Resource Development, then Range Resources – North Louisiana. In this capacity, he led an ~200,000-acre leasing program based on holistic subsurface and engineering analysis. The contiguous position was built through a combination of grassroots leasing, strategic JV partnerships, and acquisitions. He previously held various leadership positions with increasing responsibility at Tana Exploration, Brigham Exploration, and Oxy. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics and an MBA, both from The University of Texas at Austin.

Brandon Powell

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Peak 10 Energy, Brandon was a Vice President at Pacolet Milliken, a family office private equity fund, where he led power and infrastructure investment execution and financial management, with a focus on renewable power and renewable natural gas. Prior to that, he spent 5+ years in investment banking roles with increasing responsibility at Scotiabank and Guggenheim Securities, with a focus on oil and gas M&A and financing transactions. Prior to investment banking, he was a landman at Linn Energy, where he sat in roles focused on both asset development and leasing/mineral buying execution, as well as business development/M&A due diligence. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Rice University.

Elizabeth Gallagher

Vice President of Administration

Elizabeth Gallagher joined Peak 10 Energy as an early team member and became Vice President of Administration in 2025. Elizabeth came to Peak 10 Energy with more than 25 years of experience in oil and gas, investment banking, M&A, private equity, venture startups, operations, and talent management. Ms. Gallagher previously served in various leadership roles at Credit Suisse Investment Bank, KKR & Co., and ExxonMobil Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Villanova University and an MBA from Marymount University.

Patrick Carroll

Accounting Manager

Prior to joining Peak 10 Energy, Pat was the Accounting Manager at PO&G Resources, spending 6+ years managing operated and non-operated oil & gas properties for multiple investor funds and companies. Before PO&G, for 12+ years, he was the Accounting Manager & Systems Manager at Mitsubishi Corp Exploration USA (MCXUSA), managing offshore Gulf of Mexico operated blocks/wells. Previous to MCX, for 15+ years, Pat was with Total, serving as the Senior Revenue Department Manager. Mr. Carroll began his career in oil & gas at Shell Oil Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Ferris State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
